Our sites surround a 35-acre, stocked private lake with soaring fountains that illuminate the night sky, and they include both on-lake and off-lake lots. The Gulf of Mexico's white sand beaches and warm, tropical waters are just minutes away from Pelican Lake in Naples, which is also close to the charming Marco Island. Our wintertime highs and lows are in the 70s to 80s, which is ideal for a quick trip to championship golf courses, a driving range, luxury dining establishments, theatres, and retail centers.

We are surrounded by hiking paths and a variety of habitats if you like fishing and the outdoors. Next door lies the Everglades. Hire a fishing vessel. Observe birds!
