We are a prestigious gated community in the picturesque waterside town of Punta Gorda, Florida, a quarter mile east of I-75 at Exit 161. With 208 RV sites on 47 acres, The Resort is one of Florida's newest RV resorts. It offers premium sites with Casitas, a clubhouse with amenities and three comfort stations with laundry rooms, private bathrooms, and showers, as well as an outdoor recreation area, a five-acre lake, cul-de-sacs, a dog run, and much more.
