Or the fact that it is on the outskirts of the split pea soup capital of the world, Buellton. You'll see that Flying Flags' grounds function as a community unto themselves when you visit.
Families can stay cool here well into the day in cabanas beside the pool. And well-maintained bocce courts host brackets until late at night. The contact among neighbors is encouraged by front porches. Additionally, stories often begin around fire pits. You could certainly come here for a holiday if you were so inclined by the beauty of the area. However, the beauty of our neighborhood can be what makes you want to come back soon.
