With a half mile of river frontage, our Class A Motorcoach Resort is located in Charlotte Harbor immediately on the Myakka River.
On the Southwest Florida Gulf Coast, we are less than an hour south of Sarasota and midway between Tampa and Naples.

The second-largest harbour in the state is surrounded by the picturesque group of nine coastal towns known as Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf Islands. The renowned beaches of Englewood, Boca Grande, and the magnificent Myakka and Charlotte Harbor State Parks are all within 15-20 minutes of us.
