This 440-acre, gated community, also known as The Ranch, was planned with spacious sites to support Class A motor vehicles, fifth-wheels, and Super C coaches. There are more than 590 roomy sites with an average size of 40 X 80 feet and plenty of space for several slide-outs.

The Ranch boasts 27 lakes, a fishing lake (catch and release only), two clubhouses, a fitness facility, six tennis/pickleball courts, a catch and release fishing pond, and, most of all, a stunning 14-hole Executive (Par 3) golf course that meanders across the Resort.

The two-legged humanoids can mingle with other owners and visitors at the enormous dog park that is available for your four-legged buddy.
