Overview
Between Arcadia and Punta Gorda in Southwest Florida, Thornton Creek is close to Port Charlotte. The Peace River is a little over a mile away from us.
There are 99 properties in Thornton Creek whose owners are required to have Class A Motorcoaches that are at least 34 feet long and 12 years old or more. While owners are free to rent their lots, the HOA discourages leases of fewer than 28 days because we are not a campground.
The same standards for coaches apply to both owners and renters. Since there is no office personnel and the HOA does not oversee rentals, please get in touch with each owner individually with any questions you may have about a specific lot.
